Delivery + Returns


Delivery

All of our bags are sent by Royal Mail, either First Class Signed For, or Next Day Delivery depending on the value of the item being sent. We have found it to be a fast and reliable service.

Delivery costs are as follows -

Micro or Mini £5.00
Midi, Trio or Mini Drawstring £7.00
Small Drawstring, Small Tote or Drawstring £10.00
 Shoulder or Saddle £12.00

 All international orders are delivered at a flat rate of £20.00 

Bespoke orders will take 14 to 21 working days to be made and dispatched to you. You'll receive a dispatch email to let you know when your order is on its way to you. We aim to have all SS17 items dispatched within 4 working days of your order being replaced - it can be a little longer during our busy times. You'll receive a dispatch email to let you know when your order is on its way to you.

Returns

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order, by sending an email with your name and order number to susy@baiabags.co.uk. After 24 hours has passed it is not possible to cancel your order.

SS17 bags are fully refundable within 28 days of purchase, as long as the items is returned in an unused, fully resalable condition.

Bespoke bags are non-returnable, unless faulty. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your bespoke item.

Items once monogrammed are non-returnable, unless faulty - please double check your chosen initials before ordering, as mistakes cannot be rectified after embossing. If you have any questions please send an email to susy@baiabags.co.uk

Please notify us by email if you intend to return an item, so we know to look out for it. We cannot take responsibility for returned items until they arrive with us, so make sure you send your bag in a trackable way. Items can be returned to us at -
